Jaclyn DiGiacomo, the Director of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, received her doctorate from Creighton University and gained vast experience working around the world, including field work on an American Indian reservation.  Her clinical work has included both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation assignments as well as long term and assisted living care.  She also has extensive skill in treating a wide array of conditions and disorders.

Jaclyn thoroughly enjoys spending time learning about her patients, their interests and their rehabilitation and health care goals.
