Welcome to the Chicago Health and Physical Therapy Center, formerly known as the Montrose Chiropractic Center. Many new and exciting changes have taken place recently to provide our patients with the finest traditional conservative medicine available including both physical therapy and chiropractic care. We've expanded our staff and our specialized treatment care programs to help you and your family achieve the highest level of health possible.

Dr. Richard Dietzen, his associates and staff are here to help find the best solutions for the health concerns, illnesses and injuries of the whole family ~ children, teenagers, adults and seniors. The doctors use the latest in diagnostic equipment, coupled with years of medical training and experience, as well as a "hands on" evaluation to listen to the body's signals to discover the cause of the problem and develop a treatment that provides relief from pain and leads to good long term health.

is located just east of of the intersection of Montrose and Central Avenues, next to the Walgreens Drug Store on the south side of Montrose. Our parking lot is located directly behind our building.
